In these Terms, 'ThematicLinks', 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to THEMATICLINKS LTD (Company Number 15393026, registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). 'Buyer', 'you', and 'your' refer to any corporate client, agency, or individual acquiring link placements. 'Permanent Kinds' refers strictly to guest posts, link insertions, and brand mentions. 'Leased Kinds' refers to homepage links and category sponsor links.
2. Description of Services & Placement Delivery
ThematicLinks operates a commercial publishing and link acquisition platform. We place contextually relevant editorial links, guest articles, and commercial placements across active, ranking web properties. All placements are verified through automated live HTTP checks (proveLiveDelivery) asserting HTTP 200 status and rendered DOM anchor presence before order completion.
3. Six-Month Replacement Warranty & Leased Terms
For Permanent Kinds (guest posts, link insertions, and brand mentions), ThematicLinks provides a six-month replacement warranty from the date of confirmed delivery. If a permanent link is removed, broken, or modified within 180 days, we will replace it with an equivalent placement in the same topical category at zero charge. Leased Kinds (homepage links and category sponsor placements) are active strictly for the duration of the purchased monthly or annual term and expire upon billing cancellation.
4. Refused Commercial Verticals
We categorically refuse orders and placements associated with prohibited verticals: adult or sexually explicit content, gambling and sports betting, predatory payday loans, weapons and firearms, and illicit substances or unregulated pharmaceuticals. Any order submitted violating these restrictions will be cancelled immediately.
5. One-Way Valve & Affiliate Estate Restrictions
To prevent circular link schemes and reciprocal footprints, a sold commercial link may never point at a host in this estate carrying the affiliate right. This restriction is enforced automatically at intake and re-verified prior to publication.
6. Stealth Mode Boundary Disclosure
Where Stealth Mode crawler concealment is purchased, commercial links are masked from designated raw-HTML crawlers. A scraper that executes JavaScript sees the link, which is the accepted boundary. A concealed placement consumes one full unit of commercial link capacity, buying secrecy and not extra room.
7. Common Ownership Disclosure (R29)
In accordance with governance rule R29, THEMATICLINKS LTD discloses that it shares common beneficial ownership with the underlying publishing estate. This vertical integration guarantees operational autonomy and direct technical enforcement of placement longevity.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
